If you determine at any time, up to 90 days after delivery, that you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, we will allow you to exchange it for a new mattress.

- Try it out for at least 30 nights so you can experience the comfort and purity of our non-toxic mattresses
- If you’re not happy in the first 90 days after your purchase, contact us. You can exchange it for a new mattress under the following terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions:
- Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for an exchange.
- During exchanges, you must pay any difference between the newly selected merchandise and the originally selected merchandise.
- For twin mattress and larger, there is a shipping fee of $175. For crib mattresses, return shipping is free.
- The exchange policy applies to mattresses and box springs ONLY and excludes all other merchandise offered. We will not refund or exchange opened sheets, pillows or mattress protectors.
